began in October 1981 as a business consulting practice.
In 2002 the company relocated to
Scottsdale, AZ to better meet client
needs. Dr. Jean R. Perlman is the
company founder. Dr.
Perlman is a business strategist.
She works with executive teams to develop targeted organizational and business
development goals. Dr. Perlman specializes in action-oriented strategies
and is a professional facilitator.
Dr.
Perlman has more than 20 years extensive industry experience at the executive level in
Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Change
Management and Business Process Improvement. She works with small businesses
and large corporations to plan and achieve their strategic goals.
An accomplished public speaker
and executive strategist, she has also taught business management, marketing, and
information technology in Universities throughout the United States and Guam.
Dr. Perlman has received awards and recognition in teaching and
business counseling. She has consulted across industries; including
education, law, information technology, retail and eCommerce; and has been the featured speaker for
business-community events such as the San Diego Chamber of Commerce and United
States Small Business Administration.
Her
publications and presentations include studies and articles about achieving
business goals, organizational effectiveness, human resource management, negotiations,
and strategies for business development success.
Dr. Perlman holds a
Master of Business Administration, a Doctorate in International Business, and
a Juris Doctorate of Law.
